輔酶A Coenzyme A (Co A) 為體內(nèi)乙酰化反應(yīng)的輔酶對(duì)糖、脂肪及蛋白質(zhì)的代謝起重要作用,其中對(duì)脂肪代謝的促進(jìn)作用更加重要。本品能激活體內(nèi)的物質(zhì)代謝,加強(qiáng)物質(zhì)在體內(nèi)的氧化并供給能量。主要用于白細(xì)胞減少癥及原發(fā)性血小板減少性紫癜,對(duì)脂肪肝、急慢性肝炎、冠脈硬化、慢性動(dòng)脈炎、心肌梗死、慢性腎功能減退引起的腎病綜合征及尿毒癥、新生兒缺氧、糖尿病和酸中毒等可作為輔助治療使用。
